Get to know Mark

Initially trained as a tax lawyer Mark began his career working in the real estate tax area. Through the years Mark has been extensively involved in all aspects of real estate transactions as well as the representation of numerous companies in their business operations including entity formation and tax planning.
Mark has been a member of the Statewide Bar Commission on Judicial appointments as well as having lectured on tax and real estate for the California State Bar.  He has been recognized as one of the top ten real estate transactional attorneys in San Diego County on four separate occasions by the San Diego Daily Transcript. 
Mark is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell which is the most cited legal authority.  A rating of AV is achieved by only 10% of attorneys.  Mark has also been selected for inclusion into “Best Lawyers in America” in Real Estate Law, a large peer-reviewed legal guide recognizing only 5% of all practicing attorneys in the United States.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys family activities, reading, travel, and pickleball.

Get to know Charles

With over two decades of experience as a transactional real estate and business attorney, Charles brings a broad range of expertise in corporate and real estate matters. His practice includes assisting clients with business formations, contracts, and operational issues, as well as handling acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing of real estate projects. Having served as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of San Diego, Charles is well-versed in municipal law and redevelopment. As a pragmatic and collaborative attorney, he strives to understand his clients' business objectives and provide them with the legal guidance necessary to achieve their strategic goals. In his spare time, Charles enjoys learning about emerging technology, traveling, the beach, and spending family time with his wife, Rachelle, and their two sons.

With over 25 years of legal experience, Robin focuses her practice on corporate and transactional law, including entity formation and commercial real estate law. She represents both entities and individuals in various matters including business planning for corporations and limited liability companies, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, real estate purchase and sale transactions, and commercial leasing. Prior to joining Spiegler Jagolinzer, APC,  Robin worked for both small and large law firms, including eight years at international law firm Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, LLP. In her spare time, Robin enjoys exploring and hiking in Big Bear with her family.

Deborah practices primarily in the areas of business, corporate and real property transactions. Get to know Andrew

For the past 20 years, Andrew has specialized in the areas of real estate and business transactions. His real estate practice includes representing owners, investors, and developers across all asset classes, including industrial, commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, and self-storage. He specializes in advising clients on the purchase and sale of real property, leasing, financing, due diligence, development, and commercial landlord/tenant disputes. Andrew's business practice includes providing general counsel services to a wide range of small and medium-sized businesses, including the formation of business entities, maintenance of corporate formalities, asset and stock sales, and employment and contractual matters. He has expertise in contract drafting, review and negotiation, and dispute resolution. Andrew began his career at a large national firm in San Francisco before relocating to San Diego. In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing golf, pickleball, and traveling with his wife, Kim, and their two children.
